ARMS | 04.08.18

Nothing crazy today with arms- just trying to get a quick one in before Faith gets back from drill weekend and not feeling motivated, so I decided to superset everything and get everything done in under 45 minutes.


INTRA workout:

2 scoops Super Carb

1 Nitr-Ox

1 scoop Intra Blast

1 tsp Sea Salt


WARM UP:

Rope pushdowns

   Superset

Cable Curls → just do 3 sets here to warm up arms, do 15-20 reps each set



EZ bar curls

s/s

Reverse EZ Bar Curl

2 warm up sets

3 working sets of 10 reps each exercise



Skull crushers

s/s

Close Grip bench

2 warm up sets

3 working sets of 12-15 reps (both exercises done with EZ bar)


Preacher Curl Machine

  s/s

DB Pinwheel Curls

3 sets of 15 reps each exercise


Machine Triceps Extension

   s/s

Tricep Dip Machine

3 sets of 15 reps each



Finished the workout with 45 seconds extreme stretch for both biceps and triceps then left. It was a decent pump considering food was scarce today and sleep was minimal all weekend. Not a bad workout considering it was done in under 45min!
